Background
After a decade in Motorsport engineering racing Ollie saw the opportunity to blend his passions for classic cars with the cutting edge rise of electric technology.
He founded Clean Classics in early 2019 with the mission to create beautiful electric cars with classic souls. He now draws on his extensive race engineering knowledge and industry contacts to deliver on his mission.
Our Philosophy
Preservation
At Clean Classics we take petrol and diesel powered classic cars and convert them into a beautiful, all electric car with a classic soul. We believe all classic cars need to be not just preserved, but future proofed for an ever changing world. With all of our conversions we avoid any cutting or welding to the original fabric of the vehicle and can be fully reversed.
Performance
Vehicle dynamics doesn’t just apply to race cars. At Clean Classics, whether it’s a Land Rover or a Lotus, we design and engineer the conversion to maximise the handling, performance and comfort of the car. Placing a large battery in a car adds some weight. This will always be minimised to suit the car, however, any excess weight can be used as an advantage if put in the correct place to balance the car - this is always our focus.
